Screenings & Requirements
We work hard to ensure that our matches are successful and that our nannies meet our quality standards so careful screening is important. 
Typical screenings:
  • Six months of verifiable childcare experience
  • Completed application and personal interview
  • Assessment of professional skills 
  • Reference check (minimum of 3)
  • Extensive background check
  • DMV check 
  • Current CPR certification
  • Drug test
  • Copies of auto insurance, driver’s license and social security cards
Additional screenings required for some jobs: 
  • Fingerprinting
  • Sheriff card
  • TB Test1
  • SIDS Class2
  • Some immunizations
1 Required for nannies who would like to be eligible for temporary daycare facility work
2 Required for nannies who will be working with infants
