Screenings & Requirements
We work hard to ensure that our matches are successful and that our nannies meet our quality standards so careful screening is important.
Typical screenings:
- Six months of verifiable childcare experience
- Completed application and personal interview
- Assessment of professional skills
- Reference check (minimum of 3)
- Extensive background check
- DMV check
- Current CPR certification
- Drug test
- Copies of auto insurance, driver’s license and social security cards
Additional screenings required for some jobs:
- Fingerprinting
- Sheriff card
- TB Test1
- SIDS Class2
- Some immunizations
1 Required for nannies who would like to be eligible for temporary daycare facility work
2 Required for nannies who will be working with infants
